Is Charobella Cruelty free?
Yes!! We are so happy to tell you all that Charobella ARE cruelty free!
How will I know if Charobella has received my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email to inform you that your order has been received. If paying Via Credit Card / Paypal, your order will be accepted once your Credit Card / Paypal payment have been approved and the delivery address has been verified.
What payment methods do you offer?

What is the return / Exchange policy?
All sales are final. With the exception of damaged goods, all sales are made final once the goods are received. If they are damaged please send us a photo with the damaged goods to Charobella@mail.com within THREE (3) business days with the subject line – DAMAGED – and include your order number.
We do not refund or exchange change of mind.
After each order has been made, photos of goods are taken beside the name of the purchaser to ensure products are sent in their original condition.
Once the products have left the facility and is with the Courier (Australia Post/DHL) Charobella is no longer responsible for damages made during product transfer.
Will my personal information be confidential?
Yes! We take privacy very seriously at Charobella. Personal data you provide to us is stored on secure servers and will not be shared to any third party agencies. Your card details and passwords are not available to anybody.
I couldn’t find an answer to my question, what do I do?
Contact us! We’re happy to help with any questions you may have! Just use our ‘Contact Us’ form from Monday to Friday and we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible!
